Job Description: We are seeking a strategic Program Manager to lead large, complex, cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on driving alignment, governance, accountability, and execution across multiple teams, senior stakeholders, and external vendors. The ideal candidate has successfully led enterprise-scale transformation and modernization programs, thrives in ambiguity, is motivated by solving complex problems, influences without direct authority, and excels at keeping complex initiatives on track by proactively managing risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
