About the Role The Box Office Representative (On-Call) reports to the Manager Box Office and is responsible for the guest experience as it relates to box office operations, and adherence to standard operating procedures. Position Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between the Box Office and patrons, ushers, and security by aiding with seating or ticket issues Operate the Box Office window assisting guests with ticket purchases in person or answering guest inquiries over the phone.
