Job Description: In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) - Conduct stage-wise inspections during system assembly and MEA manufacturing processes. - Verify compliance with approved drawings, BOM, SOPs, work instructions, and control plans. - Monitor critical process parameters and ensure adherence to defined quality gates. - Perform first article inspection (FAI) / initial sample inspection. - Identify, document, and escalate deviations, defects, and non-conformities. - Ensure proper implementation of in-process checks by production teams. - Support line clearance activities and changeover validations. Final Quality Assurance (FQA) - Perform final inspection of finished systems and MEA assemblies before FG release.…
