Job Description: Safety Leadership Develop and implement a comprehensive HSE & Quality strategic roadmap that meets or exceeds internationally recognized HSE & Quality programs such as the World Bank Equator Principles. Establish and lead the standardization of HSE processes, systems, metrics, and reporting globally, ensuring consistent application across all sites while integrating local regulatory compliance. In collaboration with executive and site leadership teams, ensure HSE is integrated into business planning, engineering, manufacturing, Locational Operations and O&M. In collaboration with executive and site leadership teams, implement risk identification, assessment, and detailed mitigation programs designed for the unique activities undertaken by each business unit.…
