About this role

Wen wir suchen: Du berätst führende Finanzinvestoren und Private Equity Firmen bei der Planung, Durchführung und Verwaltung von Tech, Data und AI Due Diligences. Du übernimmst die Strukturierung, Vorbereitung und Kommunikation von Due Diligence Analysen im Rahmen von Buy-Side und Sell-Side Transaktionen. Du berätst nationale und internationale Unternehmen hinsichtlich Unternehmenswachstumspotential und Ableitung von Performance-Optimierungsmaßnahmen, einschließlich der Konzeption des Zielzustands und der Angabe der erforderlichen Investitionen.
