Wen wir suchen: Du bist bereit, im Rahmen eines 9-monatigen Gap-Year-Programms Verantwortung zu übernehmen und im Laufe des Programms in drei unterschiedliche Teams zu rotieren. Du erhältst umfassende Einblicke in unsere Expert-Consulting-Teams, Strategieberatungseinheiten sowie interne Funktionen und entwickelst dich zu einem echten OMMAX-Allrounder. Du stärkst deine Fähigkeiten durch die Mitarbeit an branchenübergreifenden Projekten und baust gleichzeitig dein digitales und strategisches Know-how kontinuierlich aus. Du arbeitest eigenständig, übernimmst Verantwortung für eigene Aufgabenbereiche und treibst deine eigenen Teilprojekte aktiv voran.…
