The Billing Specialist in this role administers billing and collection function, including both automated and manual billing processes. Prepares and reconciles reporting to remit premium to insurance carriers monthly. Your Impact: Reviews Interim Bill Invoices auto generated by system and releases according to established guidelines. Audits Automated Clearing House (ACH) billing and retiree pension deductions monthly for accuracy. Prepares month-end reconciliation for insurance carriers and provides check request to Finance unit. Processes unidentified cash and maximum age policy adjustments; processes premium refunds in accordance with established guidelines.…
