About this role
The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating sales opportunities within an assigned territory with outside insurance agents/brokers. Manages the relationship between Pearl Insurance and the agency/broker. Assists with the placement of new business and managing overall book results with agents/brokers within assigned territory. Your Impact: Drive new business from existing agent/broker partners and solicit new agent/broker partnership opportunities for Pearl Insurance within an assigned territory to grow Pearl’s overall book of business. Book Management - new & renewal metrics, tracking results and address trends with broker partners. Helping facilitate new business opportunities from submission to issuance.…
