About this role
An Orion Operating Company, Andrew's, is seeking a Controller to oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions for a $70 million construction services and maintenance company. This hands-on role ensures accurate financial statements, strong internal controls, job costing discipline, and timely reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making. The Controller will manage the accounting team and work closely with operations, service managers, and ownership.
Financial Management & Reporting:
Prepare and review financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements. and Work in Progress.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, including proper revenue recognition for percentage of completion accounting and service arrangements.…
