About this role

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking an organized and detail-oriented ABA Data Entry and Reviewer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data collected during Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) sessions to meet insurance requirements. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities Reviewing behavioral and clinical data from ABA sessions in data management systems for accuracy, completeness, and consistency Collaborating with therapists and clinical staff to ensure records are properly documented and complete Identifying and resolving inconsistencies or issues that may impact insurance claim approvals Ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards and HIPAA regulations.…
