Residence Concierge

We are currently seeking a Residence Concierge to join the front of house team at our prestigious residential property in Dubai. This role is for sister concern of Palazzo Versace Dubai , upholding the same standards of luxury, service, and excellence. Main Duties/Responsibilities: Welcome and assist residents and guests with inquiries, service requests, and local area information. Maintain a professional, organized, and presentable front desk at all times. Monitor visitor access and enforce building security protocols. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages; coordinate with delivery services. Work closely with building management, maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams.
