The Director of FP&A at Polar Semiconductor, LLC (“Polar”) leads all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, performance reporting and strategic analysis for this PE-backed semiconductor manufacturer. The Director of FP&A will be a critical partner to the executives of the Company, enabling insights that drive operational and financial improvement. Additionally, the Director of FP&A will aid as needed with integrating reporting, budgeting and analysis into a precise reporting platform.
