2nd shift - Hours to be determined - Monday-Friday Job Duties: Mainly responsible for supporting Defect/Metrology tools; responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Create scan/measurement machine recipes and fix recipe issues as they occur (pattern rec, measurement location, profile). Act as 1st responder for out-of-control product and automation errors Support Engineering requests for ad hoc measurement data Suggest and help implement new best-known methods (BKM) Support new equipment qualification for both Defect-Metro Team and other process teams Assist in the development/de-bugging of new technologies Contribute to projects that drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and cost.…
