About this role
JOB SUMMARY: Provide technical and sustaining engineering support in the parametric test. Program automated test equipment to determine if the wafer fabrication process is in compliance. Recommends and helps to implement equipment and test program modifications to improve production efficiencies, testing integrity and production yields for existing products. Develops and conducts statistical analysis such as design of experiments (DOE) and statistical process control (SPC) targeting area and possibly root cause of failure for yield loss and improving quality. Interacts with product and process engineering personnel to ensure that parametric test specs and results are accurate.
