Thank you for considering Progyny! We are looking for an experienced Corporate Securities Paralegal to join us at Progyny. In this role, you will support the Company's corporate governance, securities compliance, and public company reporting obligations. You will work closely with the Legal, Finance, Executive , and Investor Relations teams to help ensure compliance with SEC regulations and corporate governance requirements. The Corporate Securities Paralegal will play a key role in coordinating SEC filings, maintaining corporate records, supporting Board and Committee activities, managing insider trading compliance, and assisting with corporate transactions and other legal matters.
