Job Description: As the Co-Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing the profitability for one RaceTrac store. You will continually deliver on RaceTrac’s mission of making people’s lives simpler and more enjoyable through friendly service, food execution, focusing on cleanliness, leading talent, and driving success. Responsibilities: Educate team members on the importance of excellent guest service and provide tools and techniques to succeed. Establish a warm and welcoming environment for all guests, team members, and vendors. Provide clear, respectful guidance to empower the managers on all shifts.
