Job Description: As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager and Co-Manager in overseeing the profitability for one RaceTrac store on designated shifts. While leading the shift, you will continually deliver on RaceTrac’s mission of making lives simpler and more enjoyable through friendly service, food execution, clean focus, leading talent, and driving success. Responsibilities: Model a cheerful demeanor in all interactions (guest, teammate, vendor, etc.) and hold team accountable to the same.
