Job Description What will you do? Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including flowcharts, standard operating procedures, business requirements, business case, testing plans, project status updates and relevant reporting. Analyze HR operational processes and workflows to identify root cause and areas for improvements, optimization and automation Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and understand root causes.
