As a RBP, you will own recruitment projects end-to-end - from understanding the business need and defining the search strategy to sourcing, assessment, stakeholder management and closing the hire. You will work across two areas Venture & Portfolio Recruitment - You will work closely with founders, investors and business leaders to find founders, founding team members and key hires for new ventures and growing portfolio companies.
