Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. ____________________ SUMMARY Responsible for executing preparation and finishing operations on assigned work orders with precision and efficiency. Key duties include painting, boxing, broaching, balancing, and key-seating of components. Tasks also involve pulling raw materials and stick stock, measuring and cutting materials to specified lengths using a cut-off saw, and ensuring all work aligns with technical prints and quality standards.
