About this role
Summary:
Responsible for Commercial Lending in the Oklahoma City Regent Bank location. This will include developing new business through the underwriting, structing, and closing commercial loans, as well as maintaining and servicing existing portfolios.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Acquisition, expansion and retention of commercial relationship using a proactive strategy
Analyze credit history of applicants and determines loan repayment capabilities
Meet with customers to negotiate credit terms, such as costs, loan repayment methods and collateral specifications
Evaluate potential loan requests and make loan recommendations to management
Reviews new laws and regulations and makes recommendation to management when necessary…
