About this role
Summary:
Create loan documents and perform pre-documentation and post-documentation reviews on non-complex consumer and commercial loan requests by preparing, reviewing, and maintaining loan files under established procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare standard consumer and commercial loan documents on non-complex loan requests using approved templates
Assist with pre-documentation file reviews for completeness and accuracy
Perform post-documentation activities including imaging, indexing, and file maintenance
Track receipt of executed loan documents and trailing items
Respond to routine internal inquiries related to loan documentation status
Identify documentation exceptions and escalate as appropriate
