Estamos buscando un Consultor SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) para participar en proyectos de implementación y soporte en nómina, asegurando calidad técnica y cumplimiento normativo.

Responsabilidades:
· Gestionar e implementar soluciones SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
· Diseñar la solución técnica según requerimientos del cliente.
· Configurar reglas de negocio en el sistema.
· Coordinar actividades con el equipo de proyecto y PM.
· Gestionar relación con el cliente, incluyendo resolución de incidencias.
· Identificar riesgos y proponer acciones preventivas.
· Capacitar usuarios finales cuando el proyecto lo requiera.
