STATUS: Full Time JOB TITLE: Surgery Coordinator DEPARTMENT: Orthopedics Red Creek LOCATION: Orthopedics - Red Creek - 125 Red Creek Drive Suite 205 Rochester, NY 14623 SCHEDULE: Days, Mon-Fri, 8am - 430pm SUMMARY Coordinates surgical scheduling for multiple physicians in busy surgical practice. Includes but not limited to scheduling pre-admission history and physicals, OR times, Covid Testing and beds with planned requests for hospital services, diagnostic procedures and daytime add on cases or in-house procedures. Schedule and coordinate surgical cases and procedures with other physician specialty practices and departments. Reports To: Practice Manager RESPONSIBILITIES Communicate with patients whether in person or via the telephone, with a cheerful and helpful attitude.…
