Summary Statement: The Front Services Attendant at Resorts World Las Vegas is responsible for providing a warm welcome to arriving and departing guests. This role includes assisting with guest requests, escorting guests to their destinations, handling and delivering luggage, and parking and retrieving vehicles. Additionally, the Front Services Attendant will promote hotel services and features to enhance the guest experience. All duties must be performed in accordance with department and Resorts World policies, practices, and procedures. Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to: Create a memorable arrival and departure experience by escorting guests, handling, delivering, and storing luggage.
