Summary Statement: The Entertainment Security Managers will share the responsibility of overseeing venue security and safety. Security Management delegates authority and assigns responsibilities to Security supervisors, leads and Security Host, as well as assists in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating personnel. Security managers also develop and motivate security staff to attain proper standards of performance, answers patrons' complaints, resolves problems, and adheres to all security and safety standards.
