Summary Statement: The Athena bartender is responsible for preparing, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. They are also responsible for overall guest satisfaction while building relationships and providing a memorable guest experience. Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to: Prepare and serve all bar patrons in accordance with property recipes. Verify Identification of guests age and room reservations Process customer payments using company pos system. Maintain and sanitize all bar areas throughout the day.
