Summary Statement: Facility Maintenance Painter will perform under general supervision, servicing, adjusting, and repair of all types, including maintaining, preparation, installs, and repairs of all interior and exterior surfaces and fixtures. Craftsman of finishes, including paint, faux paint, wallcovering, staining and clear coats. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with all laws and regulations, as well as Resorts World Las Vegas policies, practices, and procedures. Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to: The Facilities Maintenance Painter performs skilled technical duties involving repair, maintenance, refinishing and painting of assigned duties.
