Summary Statement: The Lead Facilities Dispatcher is responsible for overseeing team members receive, record and report information regarding work performed, work in progress and requests for assistance. The position responds to all inbound communication in the Fire Command Center, serving as a primary point of contact for all facilities and safety issues.
