Summary Statement: The Workforce Management Representative acts as the central point of contact for Team Members regarding attendance, callouts, and general scheduling inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels. This role is essential in managing incoming requests, logging attendance records, and ensuring timely responses to employee inquiries about attendance procedures and scheduling policies. The ideal candidate will provide clerical support to the Workforce Management team, assist with data entry, track attendance trends, and maintain accurate workforce records, all while ensuring adherence to company policies and labor regulations.
