About this role
Scott Logic is looking for a Senior Content Designer to help shape and improve public services through clear, accessible and evidence-led content. You will work as part of multidisciplinary teams alongside user researchers, service designers, business analysts, product managers, delivery managers, engineers and architects to understand user needs, design content across digital and offline journeys, and help ensure services work for the people who use them. This is a senior delivery role. We are looking for someone who can confidently plan and lead content design activities, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and help teams turn complex policy, legal, regulatory and operational information into content that users can understand and act on.…
