The Sales Coordinator is an energetic individual with a passion for sales and customer service as well as superior organization, computer, and property systems management skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete contracts, addendums, and proposals with accuracy.
Timely and professional communication with clients.
Coordinate with Sales Managers to execute group booking accordingly in appropriate systems. Any additional group changes will be updated by the sales coordinator.
Set up accurate billing for each individual group.
Enter pertinent information into Sales, POS and Event Management systems.
Regularly assists in booking individual reservations that fall into special rate categories.
Run group reports through our sales system.…
