About this role
Duties may include: Set up, tear downs concessions: Open/close windows, use wench to raise/lower signage, hook up water/sewer/electric hoses, clean concession stand. Inspect equipment to detect wear and damage and perform minor repairs, adjustments, or maintenance tasks, such as oiling parts. There are no specific tools, equipment, or techniques required. Perfect Pie is a traveling concessionaire to various fairs and festivals. They cook a variety of fair food, i.e. dip and fry corndogs, serve hot dogs to order, fry cheese curds, and serve beverages. Duties include simple cooking and selling of fair food to customers at festivals and county/state fairs. Take orders from customer, receive payment, and make change. Maintain clean work area.
