About this role
Duties: Bartender will execute craft cocktails mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly or through waitstaff. Bartender will greet all guests and members promptly and politely, and by name whenever possible. Worker will maintain cleanliness and organization of bar/ bar storage areas at all times. Worker will execute cocktail recipes and demonstrate ability to follow recipes for syrups and all house-made ingredients. Worker will enter all transactions accordingly into point-of-sale system and issue accurate checks to members and guests. Worker will display extensive knowledge of all beverages and ingredients, as well as recommendations for pairings of food. Worker will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of wine and ability to make recommendations from the club wine list.…
