About this role
Create beverage recipes, mix, and serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to members. Follows all established standard operating procedures for taking and serving food and beverage orders. Additional duties include clearing, cleaning, and resetting dining tables (includes linens, silverware, glassware, utensils, and condiments), set up and break down portable bars and banquet tables, chairs, decorations, displays, and other equipment for special events and private parties. Ensure the bar area and bar equipment is properly cleaned and sufficiently restocked with glasses, alcohol, mixers, etc. at the end of every shift.…
