About this role
Handle baggage for guests. Transfer luggage, trunks, and packages to and from rooms and vehicles by hand or using baggage carts. Greet incoming guests and escort them to their rooms. Explain the operation of room features, such as locks, ventilation systems, and televisions and answers inquiries pertaining to services and travel directions; if unable to answer questions, introduce the guest to the concierge. Maintain clean lobbies or entrance areas for travelers or guests. Valet park guest vehicles. Attend team briefings.
Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Basic level English skills required. Work schedule is at least 5 days/week with shifts varying by day and work days varying by week to include Saturday and Sunday.…
