Perform post construction / renovation building maintenance and cleaning duties following standard construction work or equipment installation at client worksites, (residential & commercial). Workers must perform a variety of tasks including any combination of the following: cleaning floors, washing walls, disposing of garbage, wiping down equipment, performing routine building maintenance and inspecting the premises. Entry level; requires supervision.
