About this role
Busser/Food Runners will be responsible for preparing dining room tables and buffets for regular service, meetings, and events by setting up buffet warmers by setting out food prepared by the kitchen; turning on soup kettles; turning on plate warmers; setting up coffee machines; arranging tables and chairs; and setting out butter, dishware, replacement linens, and napkins. Set-up tasks will take place in an on-site restaurant, banquet rooms, event areas at members’ homes, and an outdoor dining area by the food truck. Busser/Food Runners will also prepare food service stations and bar areas with ice and glassware, greet all dining guests to replenish bread and water to all occupied tables, and assist Servers by clearing plates after each course and serving the next course.…
