About this role
Captains will be responsible for setting up the dining room, taking and placing customers’ orders, carrying trays, serving food and beverages, greeting guests, and cleaning and clearing tables. Captains will also be responsible for handling member requests for dining and social events, takeout food orders, and confirming reservations on special events. Other duties will include preparing a variety of brochures, menus, letters, table numbers and posters, and also assisting with the creation and mailing of the weekly and monthly events newsletters. Will be responsible for answering phones and taking food orders and other requests from the members and will also be responsible for distributing and taking in UPS, DHL, and Federal Express packages for members.…
