CHILD SUPERVISION & SAFETY: Provide continuous supervision of 16 year old son with Autism, and 18 year old daughter with ADHD and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) within the home and during outside activities; Maintain a safe, structured, calm, and supportive environment; Monitor children for emotional distress, behavioral escalation, impulsive conduct, or unsafe behavior; Assist with de-escalation during behavioral or emotional episodes; Prevent wandering, unsafe interactions, or self-harming behaviors when necessary; Supervise recreational activities, homework time, meals, and bedtime routines; Accompany children to appointments, school-related activities, therapy sessions, and community outings when directed.…
