About this role

Perform a variety of attending duties at amusement or recreation facility. Sell and collect tickets/fees, assist patrons, operate/attend amusement booths, rides, and games, sell and prepare food. Simple Carnival type food is prepared using pre-frozen and pre-packaged items that are cooked/heated, and assembled such as corn dogs, hot dogs, sausages. Using proper safety precautions and sanitary measures operate large-volume cooking equipment, such as grills, deep-fat fryers, griddles or hot plates. Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking using knives or slicers. Following simple specified instructions: Set up-and take down the booth, this consists of opening the awnings and closing them. No tools are needed.
