About this role
Cocktail Servers will be responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders, maintaining knowledge on classic cocktails, house cocktail, liquor brands, wine, champagne, beers, and non-alcoholic selection, providing excellent customer service, completing side wok consisting of cleaning and putting menus away, removing/setting votive candles/vases on tables, setting up cocktail tables, restocking their station, preparing for service and breaking down after service, and ensuring a positive experience for guests. Cocktail Servers may need to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday.…
