About this role
Take customer food and beverage orders, answer questions, and address routine concerns. Operate a cash register or point-of-sale system to complete sales transactions. Stock concession items. Clean and sanitize counters, kitchen areas, and food service spaces. Prepare daily food and beverage items using proper food-safety and sanitation practices. Keep displayed products clean and organized, and provide courteous customer service.
Belmont Capital, LLC is the foodservice operations management provider for Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. The work will take place in the Ski Resort Lodge cafeteria and other counter-service locations and concessions stands on the premises of Sugar Mountain Resort in Banner Elk, North Carolina.
