Prepare and cook to order a variety of foods with short preparation time in a casual, local chain restaurant andsports bar. Prepare quick and simple recipes such as chicken tenders, chicken wings, and classic American pubfood like spinach dip and mini quesadillas. Perform food preparation tasks such as simple assembly of preppedand partially cooked ingredients to create sandwiches, burgers, soups, salads, and sweet desserts, finishingthem quickly on the grill or in the oven when ordered.
