About this role
All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform the work described in the job order and must be available for the entire period of employment specified in Section A.3 & A.4. This work order is for willing, able, and qualified individuals to prepare and cook family-style meals for approximately 187 workers in a bunkhouse setting. Workers must be able to prepare and cook Jamaican cuisine and be responsible for planning daily menus, washing dishes, and baking bread and pastries. Duties also include ordering and purchasing food and supplies, properly storing food in designated areas according to temperature and food safety requirements, and monitoring inventory to prevent spoilage.…
