Take customer orders. At the service counter or via an intercom system, customers place orders, which are entered into a point-of-sale (POS) machine by the Crew Member. While working in this function, Crew members also accept cash and primarily electronic payments, make change as necessary and provide receipts.
Prepare food & beverages. Crew Members prepare guest orders from a limited, quick-service menu. Food preparation involves warming, cooking, assembling, and packaging pre-portioned and pre-cooked items delivered to the restaurant. Tasks include heating burgers, sandwiches, biscuits, and breakfast items; frying french fries; assembling sandwiches; and preparing beverages, such as coffee and soft drinks.…
