About this role
Responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the Food & Beverage outlets on a daily basis. Ensures cleanliness of dining areas and entrances are consistent with service standards. This includes wiping tables or seats with dampened cloths or replace dirty tablecloths. Scraping and stacking dirty dishes and carrying dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning. Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas or other areas of restaurants and mop or vacuum floors.
