About this role
Follows all established standard operating procedures for seating members, taking food and beverage orders, and serving food and beverages. Replenish complimentary snacks and desserts for members. Additional duties include clearing, cleaning, and resetting dining and buffet tables (includes linens, silverware, glassware, utensils, and condiments), replenish buffet items, replenish beverages, set up and break down banquet tables, chairs, decorations, displays, and other equipment for special events and private parties.
