About this role
Dining Room Managers will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day food and beverage operations including breakfast, lunch and dinner service, pool service, fine dining and club member events, researching beverage programs and wine lists, working with the Assistant Food and Beverage Director for staffing and formulating the standard operating procedures for all food and beverage service staff, performing Clubhouse opening and closing duties, including ensuring dining room is set for opening and closing operations, posting side work, ensuring the side stations are stocked and equipment and products are stored properly, assisting with banquet set up as needed, assigning and monitoring the completion of all opening and closing duties for all food and beverage service staff, liaising with…
