Related cleaning/kitchen support means sanitation only: wiping stainless steel prep surfaces, counters, shelving, and equipment exteriors; cleaning floor drains and mats; restocking handwashing stations; cleaning restroom surfaces/floors as directed; removing trash, recycling, and food waste. No food prep, cooking, plating, assembly, or guest service. Event duties are dishwashing and sanitation support only: transporting clean dishes, glassware, flatware, and serving platters to event staging areas; setting bus tubs, dish racks, and sanitizer buckets; collecting, sorting, washing, and storing used serviceware during and after events; cleaning dish areas and mopping floors; removing trash/food waste.…
